Cleaner disinfecting high-touch surfaces in a modern Providence office suite
Serving Providence, Rhode Island & Surrounding Areas

Inconsistent cleaning costs you complaints, sick days, and clients. We replace it with a plan that holds.

Most facilities do not have a cleaning problem. They have a consistency problem: a vendor who cleans well in month one and drifts by month three.

We define the scope in writing, clean to it every visit, and check the work so standards do not depend on who is on shift.

Written scope Documented quality checks Response within 24 hours No long-term contract required
The Real Problem

The issue is rarely one bad clean. It is the slow drift.

Cleaning quality usually fails gradually. Crews change, nobody writes down what was promised, and tasks quietly fall off the list. Restrooms run out of supplies, breakroom floors get sticky, and the conference room your clients sit in stops looking cared for.

By the time anyone complains, the damage has spread: staff lose time on cleanup that is not their job, sick days climb after flu season starts in the shared kitchen, and a prospect forms an opinion about your business in the lobby before anyone shakes their hand.

We fix this with a written scope, trained crews working to a checklist, and documented quality checks. You always know what is being cleaned, how often, and who to call when something is missed.

Services

Every service exists to solve a specific problem

Each one below starts with what tends to go wrong in a facility, then what changes once it is handled properly.

01

Commercial Cleaning

Your building gets cleaned differently depending on who shows up that night.

  • Identical scope every visit, so results do not swing week to week
  • One point of contact instead of chasing a call center
  • Scope adjusts as you add suites or headcount, without renegotiating everything
02

Janitorial Services

Restrooms and trash are the first things people notice and the first things vendors let slide.

  • Restrooms stay stocked and sanitary between visits, not just after them
  • Trash and recycling handled on a schedule your building can rely on
  • High-touch points cleaned in a set order, so nothing is skipped when the shift runs late
03

Floor Care

Traffic lanes, scuffs, and dulled finish make a well-run facility look neglected.

  • Hard floors keep their finish instead of graying out in walkways
  • Carpet traffic lanes treated before staining sets permanently
  • Stripping and refinishing scheduled ahead, not after the floor already looks bad
04

Deep Cleaning

Routine cleaning cannot reach buildup behind appliances, in grout, and around vents.

  • Grime that routine visits cannot reach gets cleared on a set cycle
  • Odor sources removed rather than covered with fragrance
  • A reset point that makes recurring service hold longer
05

Post-Construction Cleaning

Fine drywall dust keeps resettling for weeks and delays your move-in or opening.

  • Multi-stage dust removal so surfaces stay clean after the first pass
  • Adhesive, paint spots, and stickers cleared from glass and fixtures
  • Space handed over ready for occupancy on your schedule, not the contractor's
06

Window Cleaning

Streaked glass undercuts an otherwise clean space and darkens the interior.

  • Storefronts and entries that read as open and maintained
  • More natural light reaching work areas
  • Frames and sills cleaned as well, so the glass does not re-soil immediately
07

Office Cleaning

Shared desks, kitchens, and conference rooms spread illness and complaints fastest.

  • Desks, keyboards, and shared surfaces disinfected on a documented cycle
  • Kitchens and breakrooms kept usable, cutting the complaints that reach HR
  • Cleaning scheduled around your hours, so nobody works around a vacuum
08

Industrial Cleaning

Dust, residue, and debris in a working facility become a safety and compliance exposure.

  • Walkways and work areas kept clear, reducing slip and trip risk
  • Crews briefed on your site rules and PPE requirements before they start
  • Cleaning fitted around production, so output does not stop for it

Industries We Serve

Different buildings fail in different ways

A gym and a medical office both need cleaning, but almost nothing about the plan should be the same.

Restaurants

The problemGrease buildup on floors and equipment creates slip hazards and health inspection findings, and back-of-house odors carry into the dining room.

How we solve itWe degrease floors, hoods, and prep areas on a set cycle and clean drains and waste areas so odors and violations do not build up between inspections.

Offices

The problemShared kitchens and desks move illness through the staff quickly, and a tired lobby shapes client impressions before a meeting starts.

How we solve itWe disinfect shared surfaces on a documented cycle and hold client-facing areas to a higher standard, which cuts both sick days and complaints.

Medical Facilities

The problemWaiting rooms and exam rooms carry infection risk, and cleaning records have to stand up to scrutiny.

How we solve itWe use color-coded equipment to prevent cross-contamination, follow a defined disinfection sequence for exam and waiting areas, and document what was cleaned and when.

Retail and Shopping Centers

The problemEntry grit tracks through the sales floor all day, and restrooms turn into the most common customer complaint.

How we solve itWe build entry matting and floor care into the schedule and service restrooms at the frequency your traffic actually requires, not once a night by default.

Schools and Daycares

The problemIllness spreads fast through shared classrooms and toys, and cleaning chemicals have to be safe around children.

How we solve itWe disinfect high-touch surfaces daily, use products appropriate for spaces occupied by children, and work around class schedules so learning is not interrupted.

Financial Institutions

The problemCleaning crews need access to areas holding sensitive client information, and a branch has to look orderly to feel trustworthy.

How we solve itWe use vetted, consistent crews under defined access rules and keep lobbies, teller lines, and offices presentable during business hours.

Auto Dealerships

The problemShowroom glass and floors show every mark under display lighting, and customer lounges and restrooms take heavy use.

How we solve itWe keep showroom glass and floors presentation-ready and service lounges and restrooms often enough that a customer waiting two hours is not looking at a mess.

Salons and Spas

The problemHair, product residue, and moisture accumulate quickly, and clients judge hygiene the moment they walk in.

How we solve itWe clean stations, basins, and treatment rooms between service cycles and manage moisture in wet areas so mildew and odors do not take hold.

Fitness Centers and Gyms

The problemSweat on equipment and damp locker rooms drive both odor complaints and member cancellations.

How we solve itWe disinfect equipment and mats on a frequent cycle and treat locker rooms and showers for bacteria and mildew, which protects renewals.

Service Areas

Close enough to respond, not just to quote

Every location we serve is inside a roughly 30 minute radius of our Providence base, which is what makes same-week starts and short-notice adjustments realistic.

We respond to requests within 24 hours, and a supervisor can reach any site in our coverage area the same day when something needs to be corrected.

Check Availability
  • Cranston: Offices, retail plazas, and service businesses needing evening and weekend service.
  • Warwick: Airport-area offices, hospitality, and retail with early-morning access requirements.
  • Pawtucket: Mixed-use and light industrial buildings where floor care and debris control matter most.
  • East Providence: Professional suites and multi-tenant properties needing clear common-area scopes.
  • Attleboro: Offices and facilities just over the Massachusetts line, on the same schedule and standards.
  • Woonsocket: Commercial and institutional buildings where reliability matters more than proximity.
Our Process

Five steps that remove the guesswork

Most cleaning relationships fail because nothing was written down. This is how we prevent that.

01

Facility Assessment

We walk your building, note the problem areas you have been living with, and price against what is actually there instead of a phone estimate that changes later.

02

Custom Cleaning Plan

You get a written scope that states what is cleaned every visit, what is periodic, and at what frequency, so nothing depends on memory or goodwill.

03

Trained Team Arrival

A consistent crew is briefed on your building, your access rules, and your priorities before the first visit, so there is no learning period at your expense.

04

Quality Checks

Supervisors inspect against the checklist rather than waiting for you to notice a problem, which is what stops the slow drift in quality.

05

Ongoing Communication

You have a direct contact who answers, and any miss is corrected and written into the checklist so it does not repeat.

Benefits

What changes for your business

These are the outcomes clients actually notice within the first few months.

Fewer complaints reaching your desk

When restrooms, kitchens, and entries are handled to a checklist, the small daily irritations that generate staff and tenant complaints stop appearing.

Lower absenteeism through flu season

Disinfecting shared desks, door hardware, and kitchens on a documented cycle removes the transfer points that move illness through an office.

Stronger first impressions

Clients and candidates form a judgment in the lobby and restroom. Both are held to a visible standard rather than cleaned when someone has time.

Predictable monthly costs

A defined scope means a flat, budgetable figure, not a base rate that quietly grows with add-ons you did not agree to.

No downtime for your team

We work early, late, or on weekends, so cleaning never happens around occupied desks or during your busiest hours.

Compliance confidence

For regulated facilities, documented procedures and cleaning records mean an inspection or audit does not require scrambling for evidence.

Why Choose Us

Built around what goes wrong with cleaning companies

Every point below answers a specific complaint we hear from facilities that have already fired a vendor.

Consistency is written down, not promised

  • Your scope is a document, so what was agreed in the walkthrough is what gets cleaned in month six.
  • New crew members are trained against that document before they work in your building.

Stable crews, not a rotating cast

  • The same people clean your facility, which is why they notice the things a first-time cleaner walks past.
  • Low turnover means no repeated retraining period paid for with your quality.

You get a person, not a ticket queue

  • One direct contact who answers calls and emails, with a response within 24 hours.
  • Issues are resolved in a conversation, not escalated through a call center.

Accountability you can see

  • Supervisor inspections against the checklist, with results shared rather than filed internally.
  • A miss gets corrected and the checklist updated so the same thing does not recur.

Transparent pricing with no surprise fees

  • The quote states what is included and what is extra, so the invoice matches what you approved.
  • Scope changes are discussed and agreed before they appear on a bill.

No long-term contract required

  • We keep the account by doing the work, not by locking you into a multi-year term.
  • If we stop earning it, you are free to leave.
Pricing

Priced on your facility, not a rate card

We do not publish fixed prices, because a flat number applied to a building we have not seen is how surprise fees start. Pricing is built from what your facility actually needs, and the figure you approve is the figure you are invoiced.

What affects your price

01

Facility size and layout

Square footage, restroom and breakroom count, and how many separate areas need to be covered.

02

Cleaning frequency

Daily, several times a week, weekly, or periodic service. Higher frequency costs more per month but keeps standards steadier.

03

Traffic level and use

A busy medical waiting room and a quiet professional suite of the same size do not need the same plan.

04

Specialized services

Floor refinishing, interior glass, post-construction work, and regulated-environment procedures are priced as defined additions.

About Us

Built around the complaint we heard most

Providence Commercial Cleaning was started to solve a specific, common frustration: facility managers who had already been through two or three cleaning companies and watched the same pattern each time. Strong start, gradual decline, nobody accountable.

Our mission is narrow and practical. Define the work in writing, hire and train crews who can execute it, and inspect against it so quality does not depend on who happens to be on shift. Based at 50 Agnes St, Unit 5, we are close enough to the buildings we serve to respond the same day.

Three things hold that together: consistency, because the scope is documented and inspected; accountability, because you have a direct contact who answers; and transparency, because the price and the scope match what was agreed at the walkthrough.
